Job Responsibilities:

Analyze user requirements, design, develop, test and deploy various client-servers, web based software applications. Coordinate the design of logical and physical database structures. Prepare the Functional/Technical design documents to meet the System requirements, as needed. Gather and interpret functional specifications and user requirements. Perform software integration and testing, and develop enhancements, modifications/debugging and develop custom components; and coordinate user training and technical documentation as needed. Travel to various unanticipated locations in the United States to interact with clients and train end users for short or long term assignments.

Salary: $98,986.00/year

Work Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; 40 Hrs/week (M-F)

Job Requirements:

MS or Foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Science, MBA with Computer Science as major or minor or related + 1 year of relevant IT experience using Java, Microsoft SQL Server DBA, .Net, and Salesforce. Employer will accept BS or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Science/IT/Engineering/Math/Science/BBA with Computer Science as major or minor or related plus 5 years of relevant IT experience using Java, Microsoft SQL Server DBA, .Net, and Salesforce.

Atlantis Consulting Group is seeking a Software Engineer to work at the Toronto office. We are seeking a senior level developer who has the skill, desire and passion to design and develop innovative ideas in the AI domain that will solve our customer's challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

You will work with program leadership & teams within Leidos and customers to accelerate AI innovation by developing and refining strategy, creating proofs-of-concept to address customer challenges. You will take high-level ideas and direction and create functional prototypes to showcase capabilities to our customers in the AI space. You will effectively use your abilities in innovating, software development, AI/ML methodologies, DevOps, security, integration, configuration, analytics, and visualization.

You will be expected to communicate effectively with executive management, demonstrate reference implementations, and provide recommendations based on the findings. with our innovation team, you will adapt to change quickly and use your skills to leverage new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies that show creativity and innovation to complex problems. You will be a part of a team that will require both collaborating within the team and individually responsible for the project. You will share progress updates with management and the team on a timely basis.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree or Masters' degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and 12 years of prior relevant experience

  • Help AI product managers and business stakeholders understand the potential and limitations of AI when planning new products.
  • Build data ingest and data transformation infrastructure.
  • Identify transfer learning opportunities and new training datasets.
  • Build AI models from scratch and help product managers and stakeholders understand results.
  • Deploy AI models into production.
  • Create APIs and help business customers put results of your AI models into operations.
  • Keep current of latest AI research relevant to our business domain.
  • Support AI solutions including Chatbots with hands-on experience on key AI/Chatbot platforms such as IBM Watson and Microsoft Bot Framework.
  • Provide training sessions to junior developers and co-op students.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $87,800.00-$88,000.00 per year
